This page and it's content has been added at commissioner's request at the November 2008 MVC meeting. It is currently not password protected. User ID's and passwords will be issued in 2009 to all Association Head Commissioners, Association Cheer Commissioners and Association Board Presidents. At that time mvc board meeting minutes will be available by "clicking" on the date of the meeting. This feature will not be added until the page is password protected.
2008 MVC MEETINGS • ATTENDANCE
Note: Association Representation is required at every MVC meeting. If the Head Commissioner is unable to attend, he/she is responsible to ask a representative to attend in his/her place (normally association president, association cheer commissioner or an association board member). This also avoids the $50. non attendance fine charged to the association. Only head commissioners can vote at meetings. Any association member may attend a MVC meeting, however to save paper only head commissioners or if absent their representative are provided copies of mintues and financial reports. Additionally there are meeting rules and etiquette you may refer to in the administrative section of the forms page where you will note only head commissioners or if absent their official representative (no guests) are permitted to enter into any board discussions or ask any questions.
