Scholastics Program
In addition to the "Official Rules" of Pop Warner, copies of all report cards and necessary forms supplied by Pop Warner National for the "All American Scholar" program are be submitted to the MVC Scholastics Committee.
In 2000 Mountain Valley Conference developed 'The Don Bock Scholar - Athlete Award' program. MVC will present a scholarship of a $100 bond to any 5th, 6th or 7th and $500 to an 8th or 9th grade player/ cheerleader making National's '1st Team All American' list.
